Deposits: Initial deposit $250.00 plus tax
Payment Policies: All rentals are subject to a Condominium Application and fee of $100.00. An initial deposit of $250.00 plus 10% tax and $40.00 Reservation Fee are required to place a reservation. 50%of the balance is required 30 days after reservation date and the final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. All reservations are subject to 6% Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax.
Cancellations: Reservation Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation with less than 45 days advance notice, one half of the RENTAL FEE will be retained by the owner, cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice, no refund will apply.
Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN time is 3:00 PM - NO EARLY CHECK-INS DEPARTURE time is 10:00 AM - NO LATE CHECK OUTS.
Tax: 6% Florida Sales Tax & 4% Local Tourist Tax
